Description of Activities
My research activities are in the field of medical image processing and are mainly focused on two topics:
- image registration
- change detection in image sequences
Supervised thesis:
- "Statistical change detection in longitudinal diffusion weighted MRI sequences. Application to neurodegenerative diseases", Alix Bouchon (2012 - ), co-supervised with Fabrice Heitz
- "Statistical approches for change detection in diffusion MRI. Application to the longitudinal follow-up of neuro-degenerative pathologies", Antoine Grigis (2009-2012), co-supervised with Fabrice Heitz and Jean-Paul Armspach.
- "Automatic change detection in diffusion MRI. Application to multiple sclerosis", Hervé Boisgontier (2006-2010), co-supervised with Fabrice Heitz and Jean-Paul Armspach.
Teaching :
- Signal processing (1A/2A) at école Telecom Physique Strasbourg
- "Medical image devices " in the Master "Images, Sciences et Technologies de l'Information" (Strasbourg University)
