Objectives

This course aims to introduce advanced processing issues specific to certain medical image imaging modalities (MRI, diffusion MRI, functional MRI, elastography) and applications (clinical routine, preclinical imaging). Acquired skills

After this lecture, the student will have learned how to analyze and implement methods for solving some advanced problems in medical image processing.
