  • Machine learning, manifold learning, and high-dimensional data analysis for medical applications.
    In collaboration with Félix Renard (GeodAIsics, Grenoble).
  • Inverse problems and machine learning for optical imaging.
    Application to polarimetric imaging and biological tissue analysis.
    In collaboration with Jihad Zallat (TRIO team, ICube).
