Current research activity

  • High-dimensional statistics and machine learning for medical image analysis.
    Application to shape analysis, diffusion-weighted MRI data analysis, brain connectivity and networks study.
    In collaboration with Stéphane Kremer (IMIS team, iCube), Félix Renard (GIPSA lab), Sophie Achard (GIPSA lab), Chantal Delon-Martin (Grenoble Institut des Neurosciences (GIN)), and Francis Schneider (Strasbourg University Hospital).
